3. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced on a per-lead basis:

• Premium Channels: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Channels: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes.

4. Lead Quality Standards

We guarantee that all leads meet the following criteria:

If a lead does not meet these standards, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance and work to minimize service disruptions.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become due immediately
• Access to our platform will be discontinued
